This evening during the school board meeting, discussion occurred about changing their eligibility policies for Board members to be elected. One item that was specifically mentioned was the policy THEY JUST WAIVED on 9-30-21 to allow the President on the Board (she was taking payments from D49 less than 3 years prior). She is now taking payment from ACCEL schools (the management company). Ironically, she has gone on the record multiple times, including at this board meeting tonight, saying they are all volunteers!
This Board should have never allowed her on the board, much less as President. Now, under her watch, they are doing her bidding to change conflict of interest policies.
